2012 has been a year of growth and change for Homes by DeSantis. With the roaring success of the Oasis development in Stoney Creek, and excited new homeowners moving in at Tiffany Hill in Ancaster, Our mission has remained; To create value for our customers, community neighbours and employees, by ensuring that we are a progressive, customer-focused home builder who offers competitive pricing, superior craftsmanship, design excellence and customer service that foster customer loyalty.
As we develop in new communities across the Hamilton Niagara region we strive to show them the same support they have given us by supporting various worthwhile causes. In 2012 we were proud to be the region’s first builder to join forces with Habitat for Humanity in building a beautiful home for a local Hamilton Family. Also for the first time Homes by DeSantis was a key sponsor for the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, Tinsel, Tuxedos & Tapas, a fashion show and gala to support the centre for palliative care. Homes by DeSantis also continued to support our existing partners such as Relay for Life, The Ronald MacDonald House and the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
2013 will be another year of progress for our organization, as we begin to build homes in our flagship community of Lincoln Square in Beamsville. This will be a major undertaking as we clear the land of the former Beamsville Fairgrounds and begin to create the exciting community that will include a new community centre, parklands and sanctuary pond. To complement the planned 111 units of detached homes and town homes a four storey condominium building will be made available for sale in early fall 2013.
In Lyon’s Creek, ground has been broken and construction is underway with happy homeowners planning to call Chippawa home in late spring. The recent launch of exciting new floor plans has the sales office buzzing with buyers looking for large bungalow and bungalow loft plans.
Our newest development on the Stoney Creek Mountain has been crowned On The Ridge, with a late spring launch scheduled. This community will be nestled among existing residential, schools, parks and retail meaning home owners will enjoy all amenities right from the start!
