On The Ridge is a joint community between Homes By DeSantis and Rosehaven Homes. Homes By DeSantis will be releasing 73 two-storey freehold townhomes on 20′ lots in Phase 2 of On The Ridge; Rosehaven will release 82.
The townhomes will range from 1,300 to more than 2,000 square feet with prices starting in the $400,000s. Some of the popular floor plans from Phase 1 will be offered in Phase 2 in addition to some new layout options. All of the townhomes will have single car garages, except for two special lots that have double car garages.
Phase 1 is now built along Lormont Boulevard, behind Saltfleet High School, off Highland Road and Upper Centennial Parkway. If you’re curious about the elevation designs, we encourage you to take a scenic ride through Phase 1. You won’t be disappointed!
