Many of you have been anxiously awaiting a construction update for Centre Square our latest sell out Townhome community located in Beamsville. Homes By DeSantis is pleased to announce that the footings and foundation work for the front blocks of stacked townhomes are now well underway with the back 2 back and walk ups townhomes will be poured starting in the first week of February. This mild winter has been very helpful in ensuring a smooth construction progress. We do encourage you to drive through on Serena Drive to see the progress but would like to remind home owners to not exit your vehicle or walk around in the actual construction area. It is dangerous with open pits and construction debris. Stay tuned for our next update, and check out our Facebook page where we will share photos and status.
