DeSantis Homes is pleased to provide the latest construction update for Muse Condos, where progress continues as the community approaches completion. Final Tentative Occupancy Dates were issued late March, with homeowners expected to begin taking occupancy August 2025.
Drywall installation is now complete up to the 6th floor, with steady progress continuing onto the upper levels. As interior work advances, bathroom tiling is scheduled to begin. Kitchen cabinetry, delivered to the site in mid-April, will be installed by the end of the month.
After kitchen installation, finishing continues with priming and painting. Progress is also visible in the building’s common areas. The lobby glass has now been installed, offering the first clear look at the contemporary, art-inspired entrance that will soon welcome residents and guests.
