DeSantis Homes, Terence Webster Design, and Rosart Properties had the pleasure of hosting an exclusive business networking event, coordinated with the Grimsby Chamber and Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce on October 27th 2022. This event brought together the business community with local economic development teams and politicians from across the region. Networking allowed the attendees to share, gain inspiration, and discuss their expertise and knowledge with new people in various industries.
Through networking, DeSantis Homes was able to bring awareness to the Casablanca Corporate Centre, a new state-of-the-art Class A office building located at 13 Windward Dr in Grimsby. During the event, walk-through tours allowed individuals to learn about the leasing opportunities available and to experience the new 5 storey building that features 60,000 square feet of office/commercial space including a roof top patio. The building location offers direct access to the QEW, the proposed GO Train Station, and the GO Bus Stop allowing for convenient commuter access to both the Niagara and Toronto regions. Additionally, the space provides positive economic multipliers to Niagara and Grimsby, as well as new employment opportunities. Currently, DeSantis Homes occupies the 5th floor, Salit Steel occupies the 4th floor, Portage M & A Advisory occupies a portion of the 2nd floor, and in 2023 Casablanca Corporate Centre’s newest tenant IG Wealth Management will occupy a substantial area of the 3rd floor.
