On April 9th Homes by DeSantis hosted a Business After 5 networking event in conjunction with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. Despite the rainy weather it was a packed house with all guests enjoying local wines and delicious appetizers from Giganti Events. As the evening went on our president, Gabriel DeSantis spoke about the plans for Lincoln Square. Freehold town homes, detached homes, 2 four storey condo buildings and a retirement residence, nestled in downtown on the site of the historic former fairgrounds. Coupled with 2 parks and the new 46,000sq ft community centre, Homes by DeSantis is working with the municipality to reshape the face of Beamsville. As Gabe finished his brief speech the crowd erupted in applause. Ms. Anne Louise Heron, the Town of Lincoln’s Chief Administrative Officer also took a moment to address the group and was met with her own ovation. Overall the business and public community in Beamsville seem thrilled and excited about Lincoln Square and it was wonderful night to meet many of them.
