Recently honoured with several prestigious awards, DeSantis Homes continues to earn accolades for Century Condos, a building that combines innovation in design and development with bold interiors and a stunning exterior, all in collaboration with town planning staff, prominent local heritage architects, and other stakeholders via a series of design charrettes. This sort of synergistic process has proven to be a winning recipe for the OHBA, CHBA, NHBA and WEHBA. The company’s remarkable achievements for Century Condos have amounted to a total of 15 awards this year!
Most recently the team is proud to have received recognition from the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA), the Ontario Home Builders Association (OHBA), the Niagara Home Builders’ Association (NHBA) and the West End Builders Association (WEHBA) for their innovative design and marketing.
During the CHBA Awards of Excellence ceremony, which took place in Banff, March 2023, DeSantis Homes was honoured with the prestigious Best Brochure Award in Canada for their remarkable Century Condos project. The marketing team’s attention to detail is evident in this piece, which artfully presents the development’s exceptional features and benefits. In addition to the CHBA award, DeSantis Homes also took home three OHBA Awards of Excellence in September 2022 for Best Mid Rise Building, Best Mid- High Rise Ad Campaign and the Prestigious Award for Project of the Year Mid- High Rise. Another five NHBA Awards of Excellence were secured in April 2023, including Most Outstanding Mid Rise Building (4-10 Storeys), Most Outstanding High or Mid Rise Condo Suite (4+ Storeys 801 SF and over), Best Social Media Campaign, Excellence in Green Sustainability and Best New Home Showroom or Sales Centre. As well as six WEHBA Awards for the recognition of Century Condos including the Green Builder Award, Best Virtual Tour, Best Product Concept Design Mid – High Rise, Best Product Concept for Exterior Mid- High Rise and the Prestige Awards for Best Sales Team and Project of the Year.
