On October 5, 2021, DeSantis Homes, Salit Steel & Rosart Properties hosted the grand opening of the Casablanca Corporate Centre, a new state-of–the-art AAA office building located in Grimsby.
Located at 13 Windward Dr. between DeSantis Homes’ AquaBlu Condominium and the QEW, the five (5) story building features 60,000 square feet of office/commercial space, a roof top patio and is the first of its kind to be erected in Grimsby.

This new development, which broke ground in 2018, adds to the growing Grimsby on the Lake neighbourhood and will in no doubt help bring tremendous economic growth and employment opportunities to residents both within Grimsby and Niagara Region. DeSantis Homes has already relocated their headquarters to the Casablanca Corporate Centre.
The building location offers exceptional access to the QEW, the proposed GO Train station as well as the GO Bus stop that is minutes away, allowing for convenient commuter access to both the Toronto and Niagara regions.
