If you’ve recently changed your address, email, or phone number, please complete the form below so we can update our records accordingly as per Schedule X Paragraph 25 of your Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

Title Amendment Requests
If you’re looking to amend the names on title prior to your occupancy date—whether that involves removing a purchaser or adding a new one—please use this channel to make your request. This ensures the builder can prepare the necessary documentation efficiently and proactively for your review and signature.
✅ Important Note – Amendments
An amendment is a change to the names on title prior to occupancy and is only permitted under specific conditions :
– At least one original purchaser must remain on title; or
– The unit was purchased “in trust”, in which case the title may be fully amended to another individual over 18 years old and with the same surname.
– If you are amending from a company to an individual (or vice versa), the individual must be listed as a director of the company as per the Articles of Incorporation.
