• Please bring a cheque or bank draft in the amount of $30,000 made out to
Homes by DeSantis (OTR) Inc. for your initial deposit
• Any individuals on the agreement must be present at the appoinmtent
VIRTUAL
• Please have your valid photo ID on hand
• Any individuals on the agreement must be present at the appoinmt ent
• You must be prepared to make an electronic payment. For full instructions on
how to do so, please click here, or be able to drop a cheque off to the Sales Office
within 24 hours of purchase
• Make sure your computer has a functioning webcam, microphone ,and speakers
• Appointments can not be conducted over your cell phone
• Please note that all offers are firm and binding upon acceptance by the builder
• Please ensure you have reviewed the agreement, all schedules and acquired your pre-approval prior to writing your offer
