Thank you for confirming your Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) appointment at Muse Condos. A confirmation email with your scheduled date and time has been sent to the address you provided during booking.

Arrival Instructions – 461 Green Road

On the day of your PDI, please proceed to Muse Condos at 461 Green Road. You may park on-site, and one of our DeSantis Customer Service Representatives will meet you at the east entrance to guide you through the inspection process.

• Only purchasers listed on title may attend the PDI (maximum of 2 individuals).
• If appointing a Designate, only 1 individual may attend on your behalf.
• No individuals under 18, children, or pets are permitted due to safety and liability concerns.
• Please wear closed-toe shoes—sandals and open-toe footwear are not allowed.

If you have opted to appoint a Designate, please complete one of the following:
DESANTIS HOMES DESIGANTE – DeSantis Rep to conduct PDI on your behalf, OR
PERSONAL DESIGNATE – A trusted friend or relative to attend on your behalf
