In order to receive the 40% discount the following criteria must be met:
- Present the front page of your Homes By DeSantis agreement of purchase and sale to the following Park’s Furniture representatives – Lore Neal or Barbara Hornby at the time of purchase to secure the discount.
- Minimum purchase of $1,000 (pre-tax)
Additionally:
- 40% discount is based on cash/debit/etransfers transactions. Payment may be made by VISA/Mastercard but the discount for credit payment is 38%.
- The 40% discount applies to the homeowners while living in the home listed on the contract and is for deliveries ONLY to that address.
- The discount may not be shared with friends/family members etc.
