Thank you for confirming your Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) appointment. An email confirming your time and date has been sent to the email address you provided while booking.

We look forward to meeting you on the day of the PDI. Please note that on the day of your appointment, you may park on the south side of the Como building, located at 600 North Service Rd. One of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives will be waiting for you at the building’s front entry to assist you with the inspection process.

Please ensure to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure you have your full time to review the unit and we start on time.

Only purchasers listed on the title are allowed to attend, maximum of 2 individuals. Unless you have a Designate assigned, maximum 1 individual to complete the appointment on your behalf.

*No individuals under 18, children or pets allowed due to liability reasons. Also, please remember to wear closed-toe shoes, NO sandals. 

If you have opted to appoint a Designate, please cancel your booked appointment and forward a completed DESANTIS HOMES DESIGANTE or PERSONAL DESIGNATE  Form to DeSantis Homes Customer Care Coordinator Suzanne Pare at service@desantishomes.com
